- How many downvotes can a user use on any one proposal?
- Is there a penalty to downvoting (do I loose 1 rep for every downvote I cast)?
Is it the same as Stack Overflow?

downvotes seems to be unlimited, but there're no penalty on downvoting a question. I think it's there to filter out unnecessary example questions.

4This seems very sketchy to me. We just had someone go through our proposal and downvote any question that had one or more vote. There doesn't seem to be anything to prevent people from acting maliciously towards other proposals. Commented Feb 8, 2013 at 16:01
