Proposal: Space Exploration
In another way, will people be allowed to discuss companies, ask questions about careers, and receive advice to get involved/started in the space industry? Also, will networking be allowed or frowned upon?

Networking will be allowed via chat, but not directly in Q&A. Questions relating to careers, companies, etc should be allowed with careful supervision, but I wouldn't see any reason to specifically forbid them. It just depends on how the question is worded.
As was mentioned, depending on the nature of the question, it might be a better fit on the Workplace. It's a bit tricky to give a generic answer here, however.
