Proposal: Space Exploration

Would the questions about the parameters of spacecrafts and about the physiological aspects of staying in space be on topic on the site?

I would like to ask a questions about the weight and the materials used (and estimated cost of materials only) to build an ISS, space shuttle, satelites etc.

The second interesting topic is how the human body reacts to the condition of weightlessness in space, for example if there is a danger to brain because of too much blood pressure (heart is on the top of the body because on earth it's harder to push the blood to the top than to the bottom) etc.

I think both aspects that you suggest would be important considerations for the Space Exploration SE, as they are integral to the whole notion of space travel.

We'd have to be sure that the topics remain on topic, specifically within the context of the SE.
