Proposal: SharePoint

Is this instead of the existing SharePointOverflow.com StackExchange 1.0 site or will SharePointOverflow.com be upgraded as part of this Area51 proposal?

It can be upgraded, provided the definition of this proposal is broadened. Please see this question.

Yes, if the proposal can be broadened to include the wider scope of Sharepoint Overflow, then we intend to migrate that site to the SE 2.0 platform.
