I cannot find an arena where suggestions can be made and discussed for global changes to the SE system.
I strongly believe that the SE system is somewhat flawed and is in desperate need of some slight tweaks.
The meta sections for each site is not for discussing changes to the system, but rather working within it. Is there such a place that I don't know of? If not, could a site be proposed for this purpose?
Apologies if this is off topic; again, there isn't even really a suitable place I can ask this!
