Read the description. The title is bad, but the definition is clearly not "anything goes":

Proposed Q&A site for people in a workplace interested in discussion that relates to general office or business without a specific tie to any professional field.

In sum, "Business and Office" or "Professional Matters" would be better names. Actually, I'm going to propose the latter.
