Proposal: Music Fans

I know this question has been asked before, but on a different proposal.Vocaloid is technically music, but it is also some sort of manga or anime. So would questions about this be allowed on this SE?

    Not at all, the definition phase is for testing what may or may not be appropriate.

I think questions about the use of the vocaloid software itself are probably better served on another site (I'm not an active user of Musical Practice and Performance, but they do have a tag there).

Certainly anything created by using the software would be considered music, and would be treated as such on the site.

All that being said, as James has mentioned in the comments, the site's scope is still, for the most part, up in the air, so it's definitely okay to test where the boundaries will be with a proposed question.
