How do I simulate tags in example questions?

All real sites have questions tags, but how do I simulate tags in example questions for proposed sites?

If it can't be done, can the system be enhanced to allow it to be done? Surely example tags should form part of the overall example question.

In my case, I've already had unnecessary feedback about an example question that would have been avoided had I been able to give the example question a (fake) tag.

If you need to provide additional context to a question, just do it in a comment.

In general, though, the most successful questions can be clearly understood from their titles alone.
