It was more like a dissertation on why I think a proposal should get more attention, after it has been re-launched, asking for more discussion and comments with the rest of the community, than a real question. Anyway, it was deleted with no comment, no nothing. It was, at that moment, downvoted once, no answers or comments: is this a sufficient motivation for it to be deleted?

The post was inadvertently removed because it was linked to a similar proposal which was removed by the abandoned proposal process. Thank you for letting me know. I have un-deleted that post.
