How do we define what is too broad a question for this site?
The problem I'm seeing here is that that extra detail provided in the description will narrow the question so much so that the answer (likely hinging on multiple details of the description) will more often than not only be valuable to the OP, thus making the question Too Localized. :(

I want to commit to game theory proposal but
@Lost1 I would really appreciate if you could add a few sentences to this question describing how control theory (or any of the more specific topics in your question) relates to game theory (i.e. there must be some reason why you think those topics are appropriate). This would help those of us not familiar with those topics judge whether such questions are acceptable.

Why not have "3D Software & Modelling" instead of "Blender" or "Maya"
The CAD proposal has also garnered a small following. CAD software packages are a form of 3d modelling software, although their purpose is for technical design rather than creative design. There are other technical software packages that can be considered 3d software such as Paraview and Tecplot (visualization software). If there were to be an aggregate SE '3D Software and Modelling' site, it would be good to emphasize the fact that it is geared toward creative 3d design so it is not confused with other types of 3d software.
