I'd like to make a Wiccan/Pagan Witchcraft Stack Exchange, but I have no community/organization to link to in the proposal form. Is there someone willing to help me?
Also, why do you need a community/organization to make a proposal?

If you don't have an active community that you can link to that is willing to help build a new site, then you should not submit a proposal - it will fail. Proposals without a valid community will be closed as not viable.
The existing community requirement was implemented years ago to prevent a stream of proposals that were sinking in quality and resulting in barely-used sites that no one actually wanted. We expect users to come to us with an existing community of at least 300-400 people before they submit a new proposal. We are not a place for you to build a new community.
