From Discussion Zone, click the 'Help' link and then select 'Tour'. Observe resulting 'Page Not Found' with the URL: http://area51.stackexchange.com/tour

    @Joachim I was gonna say that the topbar has been refactored several times in the last 7 years (which it has), but it turns out the topbar code is actually correct... but we have a typo in the config that backs the site.IsArea51Discussion check, so it's failing. No need for another post - I'll queue up the fix, although it won't go in until January.
