I see after completing the commitment zone there is no beta site for this topic yet and only one weird sentence in the above of proposal is appeared for some days and says:

Ask your Astronomy & Astrophysics questions NOW on Physics Stack Exchange!

I didn't get the idea! What does it mean? Does it mean that there is no beta site for this topic and we have to ask our questions in the Physics site? If Yes why and if No where is the Beta site of astronomy?

That was an older banner that was not removed before the proposal hit 100% Commitment. It now says:

This proposal has reached 100% commitment. We are preparing for its launch and expect to create it soon.

Barring any technical problems, this proposal should launch into Private Beta early this week or next. Anyone who is Committed to the proposal will receive notification by email.
