Proposal: [Agriculture][1]

I'd like to find a solution to get my community on board. It seems that three out of four people trying to sign up are running into a bug. Please let me know in the comments if you're running into this on the agriculture proposal.

And if you know a better workaround, please do share it as an answer.

Area51 has some usability issues unfortunately. See this question on meta for background on the most prominent one during signup.

The issues seem to revolve around synchronization between the multiple accounts in the StackExchange family. Follow this workaround described by @rubisoho and @Nike Dattani
