Proposal: Moderators

There's been an idea of renaming the proposal to community building, with community.stackexchange.com for site domain. I believe this should be left to vote. In the previous question my answer as to Why "moderators"Why "moderators" got too much of early start to be really usable as a vote, so let us vote here for the name of the site.
