When proposals are deleted all the meta questions (Area51 discussion) that are linked only to them are also deleted. Most of these questions are not read or reviewed before deletion, malice is not intended, just housekeeping. I am assuming you are talking about example questions on a proposal. They can not be undeleted. Just write new ones.

This is already how discussions work. If a discussion is linked to ANY active proposal, it is NOT removed even if some of the older proposals it refers to no longer exist. The question was eventually removed by the automated processes because it was part of a proposal which was closed and later deleted after a period of inactivity.
