I'm pledging my support for this idea, it's such a good one.
Maybe the ideas of this tend away from the usual SE format, but maybe in this case and this case alone this is ok. I hope SE is flexible enough for this, maybe even if needs be the workings of this site could be subtly different than others on the network.
