P.S.: I haven't created the proposal because i'm not "subject matter expert" in this area :P

What about the proposals:
Human Sexuality and Relationships and Dating

Do they fit for the kind of questions you have in mind?

There is now such a proposal: Sex and Intimacy

It's already in Commitment stage and most likely would reach Beta at some point. :)
