Dedicated chat room

Question

Do you think we should have a dedicated chat room for this proposal? If yes what would be the topic we would be discussing there?

I don't see how a chat room can really help a proposal in this early of a stage. Right now, you need to be focused on outreach to others who can follow or contribute to the proposal, not so much on internal discussion between those already dedicated to it. the chat room isn't doing so well, as i see now the last message was posted seven days ago.I think you should really motivate people to be there by having some interesting topics to discuss about INDIA.
