Change Stack Overflow (in Portuguese) proposal description

Question

I'm suggestting a minor change to the Portuguese version of the proposal description, from this:

Proposta de site de perguntas e respostas para programadores profissionais e entusiastas em português.

to this:

Proposta de site de perguntas e respostas em português para programadores profissionais e entusiastas.

It would be more clear, and unambiguous.

I agree with the description change.

I think even another slightly change on one word:

Proposta sobre site de perguntas e respostas em português para programadores profissionais e entusiastas.

I don't know, in this case "de" sounds more natural to me than "sobre".

It's because using the word "sobre" makes the sentence more formal than "de".
