There is a TV & Movies site, and there is a Music and Theory site, but where should one post questions about music and pop-culture?

As the title suggests, where can one ask questions regarding Musicians, bands, record albums, etc?

In my particular case, I was wanting to find out some information about the image on an iconic album cover.

Does such a site exist that should encompass these questions?
