With the closure of Personal Manufacturing in preparation for it's reboot, do we need to explicitly create the new proposal, or will a new proposal be created automatically now that the original proposal has been closed?

Since the original proposer of Personal Manufacturing (Joseph Flaherty) hasn't been seen for a few weeks, I have taken the liberty of creating a new Personal Manufacturing proposal and seeded a few questions there.

Someone needs to create their proposal. It will not be done automatically.

I'm proposing that a general Manufacturing stack exchange be created instead of one limited to 'desktop' or 'personal' manufacturing methods. This way appropriate methods can be discussed for a range of manufacturing scenarios, including, but not limited to, 3D printing, digital fabrication, and desktop mfg.
