The proposal Not Programming Related has the following note at the top:

Note that the scope and purpose of this proposal changed DRASTICALLY during the beta. Along with the name. You should still check it out, just be aware it's not as irreverent and inane as the definition here implies.

While I agree with the first two sentences, the third sentence dips deeply into subjective territory and belittles the proposal and those that participated in the site's definition.

Better still would be simply to link to the site's faq, and allow the interested reader to discover the site's newest definition themselves:

Note that the name, scope and purpose of this proposal changed DRASTICALLY during the beta. Please refer to the site's FAQ for the latest definition.

The main benefit to a link is that it will always be up to date.

Well, I did participate in the definition, and was definitely both irreverent and inane when doing so. And I was hardly the only one...

But yeah, that third sentence isn't terribly useful. Replaced with a link to the FAQ.
