Would it be a good idea to have a proposal about a specific country. The questions in it can be about their culture, history, policies etc.
I can see religion specific proposal in Area-51, such as on Islam and Christianity, so but I couldn't find any proposal about the culture of any country.
Just for those who are curious, I wanted to propose a site about India.
