Would the following question be acceptable on any existing Stack site?

In particular, this kind of question is not accepted on Graphic Design.

If not, would the creation of a new proposal be appropriate, or is there already a proposal that would cover it? Or is the question in itself inappropriate for any Stack site?

I have been Googling for days but could not find a set of icons with those characteristics, is there any?

  • Open source (freely reusable/modifiable)
  • SVG
  • Usable in technical documentation and commercial proposals (example)
  • Contains: Servers, computers, phones, file types, humans

  • I am not sure that question would be acceptable from any Stack Exchange site, as it seems something you can get with Google. It's not required any specific expertise, to answer the question. Anyway, the site to ask in which Stack Exchange site you should ask a specific question is Meta Stack Overflow. Be ready to get down-voted, if you eventually ask the question there (which doesn't mean it necessarily happens).
