Proposal: Czech Language & Usage

It seems to me, that speaking on foreign prononciation using only writing, is terribly awkward. maybe, the similar technics, as it used for images, could be used for audio files, too?

What about the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)?

I know not everyone knows how to use it, but a lot of people do. It would be particularly useful to use it in co-ordination with the article on Czech phonology.
