What triggers the "Beta user" tag on Area51 main page?

Question

Looking at the lists of sites in public beta, next to Writers and Skeptics is a little blue box that reads "Beta User". Which is great; they're in beta, I'm a user of those sites, that makes sense.

However, there is no such box next to "Personal Finance" or "Role-playing Games". I have accounts there as well. What triggers that little blue box?

The "beta" tag will only show up once you have 200 rep on the site. There are several places across the network where having 200 rep makes that site user considered "active".
