Proposal: Immigration Oversea（in Chinese）移民海外

前几年倒还好说，现在的形势是不是有点反转了？欧美国家经济发展停滞，很有可能二次探底，失业率居高不下。在此背景下本地人对外来移民的敌意也越来越大。而中国经济虽然有各种问题，但至少还在高速增长，对科技人才的需求也很旺盛。这种时候移民，时机上是否有点问题呢？实际上美国的占领华尔街运动，欧洲的大罢工，都说明本地人的不满情绪也是异常严重的。

移民要跨越的障碍很多，语言、文化、歧视、孤独等等，不是说移出来就万事大吉了。这应该是个深思熟虑的决定。
