Please don't close this question after running a search for the same type of questions and when it returns a lot of asked questions But the problem is I can't find the details of deleting a account.

As far as I know, the accepted process for deleting an account from any site on the Stack Exchange network is described here on Meta Stack Overflow.

I'm not sure how deleting individual site accounts affects the network profile.

    When I follow the procedure that has worked on all the other SE sites, it says that I can do it on a Meta site. Why is Area51 different and how the heck do I get rid of this profile?
