Why was my proposal What's that Song? closed?

In no particular order, things I can think of (I didn't notice this proposal til after it was closed):
- no well-defined audience
- would practically require multimedia (audio and/or video) to work
- can already look up pretty much any lyric with a quick web search
- all questions would end up either:
- having single, canonical answers, or
- would require frequent updating when songs are covered/remastered/edited/remixed/etc

2Also... Music Fans didn't arbitrarily ban ID questions on a whim; There was a reason they got rid of them – those questions were frequently low-quality, and continually caused problems for the moderators/community over time (as detailed across numerous posts on their Meta). Jan 11, 2022 at 18:10
