I was looking for the proposal for an SE Paranormal site, so as to be able to read some of the discussion that took place about it, find out what stage it reached, and so on, but it seems not to be archived.
Surely it would be helpful to proponents of new SE sites for there to be a full archive of bona fide previous proposals, including unsuccessful ones?
