I would like it if a meme stack exchange was made. a few tags could be meme identification, what does a meme mean (like "pog"[just an example]), meme origin, and a few more ideas I have. Like they always say, a meme never dies, so neither would this stack exchange.

This doesn't seem particularly discussion oriented to me.

For example, how would questions look like? There would only be one acceptable format of questions: "What does the meme x mean?". For a site to be succesful, it would need to have a wide range of questions to be on-topic within the scope of Stack Exchange.

Also, you would need people to actively moderate this site, and to actively write answers. But most users on Stack Exchange may or may not be familiar with meme's or internet culture.

Lastly, meme.stackexchange.com would be very likely to receive a lot of low quality questions, since more of the internet would be on the site (think users from reddit). It wouldn't be a good fit for a Stack Exchange site.
