Should people comment the reason for their downvote due to some people will do it just to try to reduce the reputation of others as sort of ¨Keying a car¨ and those others have to try to build their reputation back up while other people just downvote for seemingly Random and Unnecessary reasons?

Because Honestly, I think that downvoting for the reason of ¨I just dont like the question that you asked¨ isnt really a reason at all, but an excuse to reduce someones reputation. If you dont like the question, then dont answer the question, or read it ever again. I dont care but dont downvote it for seemingly unintelligent ¨reasons¨ like that. Feb 3 at 15:27

Many of the questions you've asked here have already been answered or the answer could be easily found. You should spend some time learning about the network before trying to jump straight in with proposals and then complaining that everything has been downvoted. Use the search bar here and on Meta. This issue has been discussed hundreds of times.

  • Ok so im not complaining about just proposals. im talking about stack exchange period. My answers, My questions, My posts in general get downvoted for no frikin reason and it just ticks me off when people dont give a reason for their downvote. ¨Either give a reason or stay off my dang question¨ is what goes through my mind every time i see a downvote without a comment. This has been discussed before countless times on Meta Stack Exchange:

Such a policy would not be enforceable and it doesn't solve the problem.
