It's not yet proposed. I was thinking that such a site could help amateur or professional porn actors, future actors, script writers, directors, camera personnel, erotic game designers, erotic comics creator and readers, and viewers of pornographic media regarding:

  1. Safety of practices and procedures.

  2. Identification of pornographic actors using media. A reverse image search might not always help.

  3. Identification based on scenario described by text.

  4. Historical perspective.

  5. Company ethics.

  6. Payment and other issues.

  7. Technical aspects. Better and efficient technologies used for creation of erotic contents.

  8. ...and so on. Basically lots.

Again the issue here is age restrictions. Surely underage persons can't be allowed to use such a site.

Questions:

  1. Can age restricted proposals like this are allowed?

  2. If yes, is that a good proposal? Why or why not?

Like any other sites, I respectfully ask downvoters to explain the reason for downvoting. That's the basic social etiquette everyone should know. – Severus Snape Aug 2 at 7:21

Related proposals have failed several times, usually during the "definition" phase. – Mark Aug 4 at 2:43
  • @Mark Thanks for the response Sir. Related proposals have failed several times, usually during the "definition" phase. Why so? – Severus Snape Aug 4 at 4:15
  • Usually due to a lack of interest: the proposal would hit one or more time limits with maybe a dozen questions and 20-30 followers. "Sexuality" made it into private beta twice, and both times it was shut down for lack of activity. – Mark Aug 4 at 20:38
