Proposal: Windows Phone

Windows Phone should be similar to Android Enthusiasts where it is not developer focused, but more questions about use of the phone, finding applications, help with updates, etc.

Perhaps the title of "Windows Phone Enthusiasts" or similar would help define the scope and limit developer type questions that would belong in Stack Overflow.

If you take a look at the questions section of the Android Enthusiasts FAQ, you will see this:

Android - Stack Exchange is for enthusiasts, power users, and regular people too using the Android operating system.

Under that, it states:

Android - Stack Exchange is not for programming questions. Please ask your developer questions on StackOverflow.

I perhaps wonder it included developers in the scope there, for questions regarding setting up development on it. If not, it should be removed to follow a format similar to the Android FAQ

Note that I edited the description of "Windows Phone" to align with the similar purpose of Android SE.
