What is the difference between the [proposal-name] and [proposal-title] tags?

I am new to Area 51 and not aware of the many terms used here.

I noticed that there are two tags – proposal-name and proposal-title – which, to me, seemed to have the same meaning. I don't see a difference between the terms or how the tags are used.

What is the difference (if any) between the proposal-name and proposal-title tags? Should these tags be synonymized/merged?

As far as I can tell, there's no real difference, either in how these tags are being used or in what they refer to. They're both just talking about what a proposal is titled/named.

As such, I've merged the proposal-title tag into the proposal-name tag, and made the former a synonym of the latter.
