So, I just created a new proposal called "Digital Logic". I think I have a lot of people who would want a stack exchange based on this concept, but I have no way of letting them know. Is there a place on the stack exchange for advertising proposals?
Ideally you would try to share your proposal to other communities that would benefit from it (not pre-existing ones on SE). Anyway, if you can't get a community together outside of the SE ecosystem, advertising on SE probably isn't going to push it over the edge.
