Okay, I agree not yet, but why exists without closure the ukrainie korean esperanto and italian language proposals? Please help me to understand it

    Those other sites already exist. A new site does not already exist. Those other sites will still exist. A new site will still not exist.

  • It's entirely sensible to not allow proposals that can't be resourced or supported.

The short version is that your current proposal seems more akin to Русский язык than to Russian Language.

Look at the example questions from the four proposals you linked: some questions are in English, while others are in the target language. These sites are intended for English speakers who want to learn another language. In contrast, your proposed site seems to be targeted at speakers of Hungarian who want to learn more about the language.

If you want to start a Hungarian language site, pick a topic, description, and example questions that make it clear that it's for Hungarian-as-a-second-language learners. And make sure you've got a supporting community for it.
