Beta RSS feed link has misleading tooltip "the 30 oldest proposals in beta"

The tooltip on the RSS feed link on the beta tab says

the 30 oldest proposals in beta

When looking at the content, it rather looks like it contains the 30 newest proposals in beta; Operations Research and Tezos are the first two entries.
