Context:
I am a regular contributor to the Sci-FI & Fantasy SE. Every day, the feed is literally filled to the brim with people asking questions to the tune of
"Can someone help me identify this anime/book/story/movie/serial which I had watched/read at some point in time".
Problem: As of the moment of creating this question, there are 2421 questions for story identification that are unanswered. There are even questions with 40+ votes, and 0 answers.
Proposal: Having a dedicated SE could lighten up the Sci-FI & Fantasy SE, and that SE could actually focus on questions that align more to the Sci-Fi & fantasy genre than the story identification genre.
Justification: I believe the sheer volume of questions of this genre make it deserve a new SE.
