Are there tools to track click through of shared links?

For promoting my proposal are there any tools that can help me track how people have arrived at it?

ie.

There are total views - is there a 'views over time' graph?

Can I track referral links?

There are no such tools integrated into Area 51. The only stats are what you have on the main proposal page.
