Proposal: Tezos

I suggest we ensure that we ensure that during each tezos meetup and tezos training sessions the proposal is advertised to people.

stack exchange is a more effective way to persist technical knownledge than other social media channels currently used by the community such as TG/riot/reddit/slack so let's ensure this proposal becomes reality!

In addition this proposal has been officially endorsed by the Tezos Foundation

One thing which would go a long way would also be reaching out to the people who are committed to this proposal but have low scores on StackExchange and encourage them personally to contribute to the StackExchange ecosystem.
