Proposal: Google

Will the Google proposal also include issues with Google products?

Example: If Gmail is experiencing issues in the webapp some day, would it be on-topic to ask if it is a server issue or if there is any way to fix it?

I believe it would off-topic since it is an issue regarding their server and that is something we can't do anything about it.
