This proposal has reached 100% commitment. We are preparing for its launch and expect to create it soon.

When does the proposal what reached beta start private-beta in general? or that is undecided?

It takes a few days for SE staff to set up the site. Usually about 3 business days. Days can be impacted by other events like conferences or holidays. Most of the SE staff live in the US, and this week is the Thanksgiving Holiday.

It is plausible that the site may not enter private betas until around Decemember 1st

    You are correct about not launching new sites over US holidays. Sites typically launch on Tuesday, so it will launch around either 11/29 or 12/6. Nov 22, 2016 at 13:37
