This user has been on Area51 for 2 months, and their profile shows no activity, but they have 35 rep, Everyone starts Area51 with 51 rep. The difference is 16 rep which equals 8 down votes on example questions without any up votes.
I understand that rep from deleted proposals may not be shown and disappears at some point This user has a well received meta question as the only thing showing in the profile as far as I can tell.
Something seems wrong here. It might be that in their two months on Area51, they wrote example questions on proposals that have been closed and deleted, that only received 8 down votes. While still being able to write a decent Meta post, but that seems unlikely.
I have no knowledge but I suspect it maybe, that when a proposal is deleted only the positive rep is scrubbed from the account.
