Proposals: Pokemon and 4kids translations of cartoons, Anime & Manga
I'm not an expert in this area (or even a novice, to be honest) but my impression is that the Pokemon and 4kids translations of cartoons proposal is a subset of the Anime & Manga proposal.
Is that correct? If not, could/should the scope of one be expanded to include the other?
Pokemon is anime, and you WILL find it on most anime sites. The only difference is that it was translated to English and gained interest by children, since the company 4Kids removes the language, blood, and some violence from shows, in order to make it child friendly. It really is just regular Anime.
i would say yes, but the pokemon title is a little confusing because they didn't provide any translation questions. but the two questions they provided would be on-topic in anime.
