I wrote an example question for my Dream Interpretation proposal which was downvoted then immediately upvoted back to zero. However, it appears I am still carrying the downvote but not the upvote. Is this status: by design?

I just looked, the value displaying for the question is 0. But the actual voting is -1, with no up votes.
Sometimes the displayed count does not show negative counts. You don't have any up votes on the question. I have never seen an issue where up votes did not give credit.
