Proposal: Language Learning

We already have plenty of sites for learning languages, like Spanish, English and Portuguese. Each of these is for its own language. What will this site do differently, other than (I assume) allow questions for all those languages?

I believe the main purpose isn't the language questions itself, but the language acquisition and learning techniques, tools and methods.
