I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask/post this but is there a way that the obviously spammy and ridiculous questions can be removed? In my opinion, they stop people from taking certain proposals seriously.
I would suggest you 'flag' any disruptive questions you feel are being posted in bad faith. I cannot promise every ill-fit question will be removed — sometimes a crappy question is just a crappy question — but if someone wants to brand themselves as a bad player, I can and do take action. Even if I don't, flagging is a good way to let us know what is going on. The coy routines stops working when someone is continually popping up in these shenanigans.
But I do get a lot of flags for things like "This would be off topic" or "This is unanswerable". I don't generally take action on these flags because a question that isn't a good fit for the subject or the site is generally recognized as such by the vetting of the proposal process.
