Can proposals regarding a specific country be made?
I can see from previous questions that country specific proposals have been tried before but there currently aren't any. Since they've all been deleted now, how far along the process did they get? Is there a pattern as to what causes them to fail?
I don't recall any location specific proposal getting more than 20 followers, most only get a couple. The pattern is as described in my answer to your linked question. Proposal is made > no one follows it because everything is addressed in existing sites > Proposal is closed.
Be aware even if you have 200 people who care about a country specific proposal, you have to have at least 100 people who have earned 200+ rep on another SE site, in order to advance the proposal during commitment phase.
